When you use our Video Meeting application, we or our integrated third-party services may collect the following types of information:
- Camera & Microphone Data: Real-time audio and video streams during active meeting sessions, processed via VideoSDK.live. We do not record or store your video/audio on our own servers.
- Device Information: Device model, OS version, unique device identifiers, mobile network information, and crash diagnostics.
- Usage Data: App interactions, session duration, feature usage patterns, and meeting events — collected anonymously via Google Analytics.
- Advertising Identifiers: Your device's advertising ID (GAID / IDFA) used by Google AdMob for personalized or non-personalized ads.
- Network Information: IP address, connection type, and general geographic region — collected by VideoSDK.live for service optimization.
📌 We do not collect, store, or maintain any personal data such as your name, email, phone number, or account information. No user database is maintained by us.
VideoSDK.live — Meeting Infrastructure
Our application uses VideoSDK.live to power all real-time video and audio communication. VideoSDK.live is an independent third-party service provider with its own data handling practices.
- All audio/video streams are transmitted through VideoSDK.live's infrastructure.
- Meeting data, session tokens, and room identifiers are managed by VideoSDK.live's servers.
- We have no control over VideoSDK.live's internal data processing, storage, or security practices.
- VideoSDK.live may collect technical and usage data as described in their own Privacy Policy at videosdk.live.
Google AdMob — Advertising
We use Google AdMob, operated by Google LLC, to serve advertisements within the application. AdMob may collect and use data to deliver relevant ads.
- AdMob may use your device's advertising ID to show personalized ads based on your interests and browsing behaviour.
- You may opt out of personalized advertising at any time via your device settings:
Android Settings → Google → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalization
iOS Settings → Privacy → Advertising → Limit Ad Tracking - AdMob may share data with Google's advertising partners as described in Google's Privacy Policy.
- Ad content is determined entirely by Google/AdMob and is beyond our control.
Google Analytics & Google Crash Analytics — Usage Tracking
We use Google Analytics for Firebase to understand how users interact with the app. This helps us improve features and user experience.
- Google Analytics collects anonymized event data such as screen views, button taps, session lengths, and crash reports.
- Data is aggregated and does not identify you personally.
- You may disable analytics data collection via your device's privacy or advertising settings.
- Google Analytics data is processed by Google LLC and governed by Google's Privacy Policy.
📊 Analytics data is used solely to improve app functionality. We do not sell analytics data to any third party.
Data Storage & Security
Since we do not operate our own servers or databases, all data handling is performed by third-party services on our behalf.
- We do not maintain any databases of user personal data whatsoever.
- All video/audio data is processed in real-time by VideoSDK.live and is not stored by us.
- App preferences and settings may be stored locally on your device only.
- Third-party services (VideoSDK.live, Google) handle their respective data under their own security policies and are solely responsible for their data security.
Third-Party Services
Our app integrates with the following third-party services, each governed by their own privacy policies:
- VideoSDK.live — Real-time communication infrastructure (videosdk.live)
- Google AdMob — Advertising platform (policies.google.com/privacy)
- Google Analytics / Firebase — Usage analytics (policies.google.com/privacy)
- Google Play Services / Apple App Store — App distribution and updates
We strongly encourage you to review the privacy policies of each third-party service independently.
Children's Privacy (COPPA)
Our application is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
- If you are under 13, please do not use this application.
- If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has used this app, please contact us immediately.
- Since we do not collect or store personal data, we cannot retroactively identify a child's data from our systems — however, you may contact Google or VideoSDK.live directly to address any data concerns.
Your Privacy Rights
Since we do not collect, store, or process any personal data on our own servers, there is no personal data held by us that can be accessed, modified, or deleted through us.
- No Data Held By Us: We do not maintain any user database, account records, or personal profiles. Data access or deletion requests directed to us cannot be fulfilled as we hold no such data.
- Right to Opt-Out of Ads: You may opt out of personalized advertising at any time via your device settings (see Section 3).
- Analytics Opt-Out: You can disable Google Analytics data collection via your device's privacy or advertising settings.
- Third-Party Data Requests: For any data held by VideoSDK.live or Google (AdMob / Analytics), please contact those services directly through their respective privacy portals.
- GDPR / CCPA Rights (EU & California Users): All applicable rights related to your personal data should be exercised directly with Google or VideoSDK.live, as they are the data processors — not us.
📌 We are not a data controller for any personally identifiable information. All data-related requests should be directed to Google or VideoSDK.live as appropriate.
Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using this Video Meeting application ("the App"), you agree to be fully bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
- If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately uninstall and cease using the App.
- These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and the developer ("We", "Us", "Developer").
- We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
User Responsibilities
You agree that you are solely responsible for your use of the App and any content you share or transmit through it.
- You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any meeting links or room IDs you create or share.
- You must ensure your use complies with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations.
- You are solely responsible for obtaining consent from all meeting participants regarding recording, sharing, or broadcasting of any call content.
- You must not share confidential, illegal, defamatory, or otherwise harmful content through the App.
- Ensuring a stable internet connection and compatible device is your sole responsibility.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE DEVELOPER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER ARISING FROM OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APP.
This includes, without limitation, damages for:
- Loss of data, privacy breaches, or unauthorized access to your information
- Call drops, video/audio quality issues, connection failures, or service interruptions
- Technical errors, bugs, crashes, or malfunctions of the App
- Issues, failures, or outages attributable to VideoSDK.live, Google AdMob, Google Analytics, or any other third-party service
- Any content shared, transmitted, or received during meetings through the App
- Unauthorized recording or interception of calls by any third party
- Device damage, data loss, or financial loss of any kind
- Any indirect consequences arising from use of, or inability to use, the App
The developer's total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount you paid to download the App (which in most cases is zero).
Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
We expressly disclaim all warranties including but not limited to:
- Warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement
- That the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses
- The accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content within the App
- That the App will meet your requirements or expectations
- That defects in the App will be corrected within any particular timeframe
- The quality, reliability, or conduct of any third-party services integrated into the App
Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to use the App for any of the following purposes:
- Any unlawful, illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activity
- Harassment, bullying, abuse, threats, or stalking of any individual
- Transmitting obscene, defamatory, hateful, or pornographic content
- Recording meetings without the consent of all participants where required by law
- Attempting to reverse engineer, hack, or exploit the App or its underlying infrastructure
- Impersonating any person, entity, or organization
- Distributing spam, malware, or unsolicited communications
- Violating the intellectual property rights of others
- Interfering with third-party servers or networks used by the App
Users are fully and solely responsible for their own conduct and actions while using the App.
Intellectual Property
The App and all its original content, features, and functionality are owned by the developer and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
- You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
- You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App without prior written consent from the developer.
- VideoSDK.live, Google AdMob, and Google Analytics are trademarks of their respective owners. No association or endorsement by these companies is implied.
- You retain full ownership of any content you share during meetings — we do not claim any rights over user-generated content.
Discontinuation of App
Since this App does not require user registration or login, we do not have the ability to suspend or terminate individual user access. Access to the App is entirely self-managed by you.
- Stop Using Anytime: You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device. No account deletion or further action is required.
- We reserve the right to discontinue, modify, or remove the App from distribution platforms (e.g., Google Play Store, Apple App Store) at any time, without prior notice.
- In the event the App is removed from distribution, existing installs may continue to function subject to third-party service availability (VideoSDK.live, etc.).
- We are not responsible for any inconvenience or disruption caused by the discontinuation or modification of the App.
- All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive discontinuation — including limitation of liability and disclaimers — shall continue to apply.
Changes to This Policy & Terms
We reserve the right to modify this document (Privacy Policy and Terms of Service) at any time.
- Changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated document within the App or on our associated platform.
- It is your responsibility to review this document periodically for any changes.
- Continued use of the App following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
- We will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document whenever changes are made.
